Earlier this year, King and Capital concluded a Legal Counsel Agreement with Tianjin Hanjin Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. Ms. Qin Qing-fang, Partner of King and Capital, along with a team, have been assigned to provide legal services for this project.
The legal services to be provided include, but are not limited to, issuing legal opinions, dealing with legal documents, participating in negotiations, and standardizing management operations.
