Earlier this year, Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Co., Ltd. (ASCF) renewed its Legal Counsel Agreement with King and Capital. Ms. Qin Qing-fang, Partner of King and Capital, along with a team, have been assigned to provide legal services for this project.
ASCF is a high-tech provider of aerospace military products and high-tech civilian products, which is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. (list code 600855) . The Defense Technology Research Institute of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (the Second Institute of CASIC) is the largest shareholder in ASCF. ASCF's business areas include aerospace, computers, medical devices, operating room purifying and environmental protection, and ASCF possesses core technology such as OPTO-Mechatronics, numerical control and computer simulation and precision manufacture and advanced scientific research ability. ASCF has undertaken many national defense and national key projects assigned by the National Development and Reform Commission, The Ministry of Science and Technology，The Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and The People's Liberation Army General Armaments Department.
