ALN and the delegation
In recent years, the development of China and Africa’s commerce has been growing rapidly. Following President Xi Jin-ping’s visit to Africa in March of 2013, there are more Chinese enterprises interested in investing in Africa. In September, 2012, King and Capital Law Firm and the China Africa Industrial Forum jointly established the African Legal Affairs Center. The Center focuses on providing legal services to the Chinese enterprises that invest in Africa in order to minimize legal risks.
