After several years of successful cooperation, China Construction Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Nuclear Power Construction Branch renewed their Legal Counsel Agreement with King and Capital in July, 2013. Mr. Hou Zhi-chun, the Director of King and Capital Shenzhen Office and his team have been assigned to provide legal services for this project.

China Construction Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. (CCEPC) was established by China State Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (CSCE) and China Construction Second Engineering Bureau (CCSE) on November 29th, 2008. CCEPC has been integrating the electric power construction resources of CSCE and utilizing the CSCE’s advantages in capital, talent and technology, in order to help CCEPC enter the higher end market of electric power construction, develop more quickly and become the core force for CSCE to occupy the domestic market of high end electric power construction and general contracts for overseas projects.

 

CCSE is the only large-scale construction enterprise in China that has the comprehensive construction technology relevant to nuclear power, thermal power, hydropower, wind power and gas power. It has 56 years of experience in electric power construction starting with the construction of Chongqing’s “Five-Seven” electric power plant, which was the key project during the first “five-year plan” of China in the 1950s. It has been involved in the electric power construction projects all over Mainland China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Pakistan. CCSE has rich experience in electric construction, and is one of the few contractors in China that has been involved in all kinds of electric plant construction.
