King-capital law firm assist CCTV in entering into agreements with african State tv

On June 14th and 15th, CCTV News Content Co., Ltd. (“CCTV+”) entered into Cooperation Agreements with State Televisions of six African countries, including Congo-Brazzaville, Republic of Seychelles, Republic of Benin, Angola, Golden Congo and Mozambique. As legal counsel of CCTV+, Guo Qing, Partner of King&Capital, assisted in reviewing and revising the Agreements, and was invited to attend the signing ceremony.

 

 

CCTV+was invested and established by China Central Television (“CCTV”) and China International Television Corporation. CCTV+ distributes the news content of CCTV to thousands of overseas television channels and media agencies through cooperation with professional agencies, thus achieving releasing news in five languages, including English, French, Arabic, Russian and Spanish. The Cooperation Agreements with six African counties will further expand the distribution of the news content of CCTV.
