On August 22, 2017, Zhangjiakou Office of China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) issued No. [2017]57 "Approval of the Qualifications of Director Liu Ming and others" in accordance with "Measures of the CBRC on Revising for the Implementation of Items Requiring Administrative Licensing for Chinese-funded Commercial Banks" and approved Mr. Liu Ming, senior partner of King & Capital, and several others, the qualifications of director of Bank of Zhangjiakou. Liu Ming will be working as an Independent Director.

Bank of Zhangjiakou was established on March 8, 2003, and was renamed as "Bank of Zhangjiakou" from "Zhangjiakou City Commercial Bank" with approval from CBRC Hebei office on November 10, 2015. It has been listed among the top 1000 global banks for seven consecutive years.
