Ms. Huang has specialized in intellectual property law for more than 20 years, and worked in the former Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for nearly 8 years. She was invited as a member of the Chinese Delegation to participate in the international conference on Trademark and Intellectual Property Rights at WIPO in Geneva, and was also invited by the International Brand Alliance to attend the "Chief Brand Executive" training course at the Peking University in Beijing. Mr. Jin joined the firm in 2000 and began practicing law in 2007. Mr. Jin specializes in anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition and intellectual property rights, and has represented clients in anti-monopoly litigations, investigations, review of declaration of concentration of operators and corporate compliance. Before the Anti-Monopoly Law came into effect in 2008, Mr. Jin had already started to work with the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to handle foreign investment mergers and acquisitions in accordance with the "Provisions on the Mergers and Acquisitions of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors", and so far, he has handled nearly 200 cases of declaration of concentration of operators, most of which are the transactions of well-known multinational corporations in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, shipping, energy, automobiles, foodstuffs, publishing, media, education, sports and so on. Jinyi has been selected for three consecutive years. Mr. Jin Yi has been listed in Chambers' Recommended List for three consecutive years.

Mr. Jin Yi represented Beijing Qihoo Technology Co., Ltd. v. Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd. in the case of abuse of dominant market position, which was selected as a guiding case by the Supreme People's Court in 2017.
