On May 23, 2023, the Advisory Group of Chaoyang District Bar Association held a symposium on "Practice and Prospect of High-Quality Development of Lawyer Profession". President Liu Guangchao introduced the basic situation of the advisory group and presented the appointment letter to the participating advisors, and Mr. Tian Wenchang was appointed as the advisor of the fourth Beijing Chaoyang District Association.

Mr. Tian Wenchang delivered a keynote speech on "High-quality Development of the Lawyer Profession" from three aspects. He suggested that we should pay attention to the standardization of the practice behavior of lawyers, and that the divergence of concepts during the process of formulating the norms reflected that Chinese lawyers' understanding of the professional concepts and ethics of their professions still had a lot of problems that needed to be solved; and that we should pay attention to the professionalization of vocational skills, and that we should focus on the professionalization of lawyers. Tian Wenchang said, over the years, many lawyers show their ability, blossom, but there is no unified skills training, resulting in the present prosecution and defense conflict, the phenomenon of conflict between the defense and the trial from time to time, so the professional skills of lawyers is the development of the lawyer's professional skills of the urgent need; Finally, Tian Wenchang lawyers on the management of scientific law firms, said that the law firms to fight each other's management mechanism needs to be changed to the team building, and team building reasonable mechanism, scientific mechanism, and team building. The reasonable mechanism of team building, scientific mechanism is worth our in-depth study and exploration.
