From October 12 to 13, 2024, the theme of reunion activities which combined speed and passion, shock and movement kicked off. The activity is led by two chapters of “Ice and Snow Song - Inspire King&Capital”, nearly 200 people from King&Capital Law Firm participated in it, they showed the sports spirit of tenacity and hard work with the athletic posture, and played the strong sound of the times with the sound of drums, and the marvelous collision of ice and drums showed a magnificent picture scroll of the intertwining of sports and art. “Golden October, we meet in Shunyi Athletic Training Center, ushered in the King&Capital Law Firm 2024 autumn reunion.” Before the start of the Games, King&Capital Law Firm Managing Partner, CEO Chu Changzhi said in his speech, the ice sports will encourage everyone to give full play to the wisdom, strength and teamwork spirit, pay attention to personal safety while working hard, and actively play the style of King&Capital people, the cohesion of King&Capital team, “I look forward to everyone in the Games field race out of the wonderful, and achieve good results. ”
This ice sports meeting, King&Capital law firm partners are divided into ten teams, each team designed for their own team name and slogan, in the opening ceremony of the stunning appearance, holding the team flag, dressed in uniform athlete clothing, stepping in a neat pace grand entrance. Competition items include ice bowling, ice dragon boat and speed drift car, four groups as a unit for a single competition, the final team race for the ice relay.
The points of the competition were broken down by the opening ceremony preparation, ice-breaking session and fun games, etc., and were accumulated through individual scoring to arrive at the total points of each team.
Through the fierce competition, five teams won the third place, four teams won the second place, and one team stood out and won the championship. Mr. Tian Wenchang, founding partner and honorary director of King&Capital Law Firm, presented medals and gifts to the winning teams and congratulated them.
“The first King&Capital Ice Games went on as planned, and even though the venue was a bit icy, our hearts were on fire, and we would like to congratulate all the winning, runner-up and third place teams, we are all the best!” King&Capital Law Firm Director Zhu Yonghui said in his concluding remarks, the Games reflects the heritage and strength of King&Capital Law Firm, the athletes involved in the competition have a wide age range, but the fighting spirit and passion for the fight is not the same. He said, it is the law firm colleagues work side by side, joint efforts, unity and cooperation, and courage to be the first, to make the Games a successful conclusion, “look forward to everyone's wonderful performance in the coming year!”
Chapter 2: Inspiring King&Capital
The following day, the 2024 King&Capital Law Firm Drumming Performance started a carnival of power and rhythm. The performance consisted of drumming, dragon dance, flag raising, etc. Members of each group rehearsed carefully and neatly under the guidance of the teacher, and tried their best to present a magnificent and energetic performance in the end.
“Today's drumming is a warm-up for the 30th year celebration of the firm, and we hope that our voices inspiring Kyoto will ring continuously until the 30th year celebration of King&Capital!” King&Capital Law Firm founding partner and honorary director Fumio Tien walked up to the stage amidst the sound of 10,000 drums, to feel the vigorous conviction and vitality of Kyoto lawyers.
He said that 2025 is the 30th anniversary of King&Capital Law Firm and the moment of maturity. In order to welcome the 30th birthday of King&Capital Law Firm, he hoped that the lawyers in the firm would make continuous efforts in academic theories and produce results; brainstorm and take the initiative in the creation of the firm's celebratory song; and buck the trend and strive for new heights in business development. “I look forward to the drums of this reunion to swing and sound the new chapter of King&Capital Law Firm in 2025!”
