Recently, Mr. Tian Wenchang, founder and honorary director of King&Capital Law Firm, and Mr. Yang Damin, senior partner of King&Capital Law Firm, were appointed by the Federation of Chinese Radio and Television Social Organizations (FCRTVSO) as legal advisors.

China Federation of Radio and Television Associations (CFRTA) was founded in 1986, and is a social organization under the supervision of the State Administration of Radio and Television with the approval of the Office of the Central Organizational Establishment Committee of the Communist Party of China. Established in 1986, CFRTA is a national, joint and comprehensive non-profit social organization under the authority of the State Administration of Radio and Television (SART), which was approved by the Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's (CPC) Institutional Preparation Committee to use the establishment of the organization, and it is a national, joint and comprehensive non-profit social organization formed voluntarily by the social organizations and members of China's radio and television industry and related industries.

According to the official website of the Federation in May 2023, the China Federation of Radio and Television Social Organizations has four internal agencies, 53 professional committees, including the Actors Committee, the Directors Committee and the Production Committee, and more than 2,000 unit members.
