From July 26th to 28th, the eighth session of King&Capital Criminal Defense Practical Training Workshop was successfully held in Beijing, which centered on the two major topics of “marking documents” and “investigation and evidence collection”. During the three-day course, students from all over the country, together with the consultant group and lecturer group of the Criminal Defense Practical Training Course, explained examples, disassembled simulations, and discussed and reviewed the basic concepts and basic laws and regulations on file reading, the purpose of file reading, the tasks and process of file reading, how lawyers disclose case materials to family members, the skills of investigation and evidence collection, the causes of risk and prevention and control methods of investigation and evidence collection, and other aspects, and achieved a good effect! He said, in the process of the formation of the reading of the transcripts, the lawyer has to communicate with the client, to the evidence to take, to the information to refine and summarize; and investigation and evidence collection for lawyers, not only is a litigation activity, and sometimes also related to the customer service experience, and even involved in the human nature of the trials and tribulations. Mr. Sun Guangzhi hoped that the participants would actively explore the issues, gain skills and accumulate experience in the topic of investigation and evidence collection, and expected that this training would inspire the participants' practice in the future.
