Recently, China National Petroleum Corporation (‘CNPC’) issued a tender announcement that Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, by virtue of its excellent professional ability, rich practical experience and outstanding legal service solutions, has once again been successfully selected as one of the first-class lawyers of CNPC, and will provide a number of legal services under competition law and anti-monopoly professional packages, etc. for CNPC. The bidding project of Competition Law and Anti-Monopoly Package was led by Mr Jin Yi, the managing partner of the Antitrust Department, with strong support from partners and lawyers, including Mr Xiao Shuwei, as well as functional departments. The team lawyers include senior lawyers who have been engaged in reviewing operator concentration in anti-monopoly enforcement agencies and have more than ten years of working experience in the anti-monopoly field, as well as complex lawyers with comprehensive knowledge structure of law, technology and foreign language.
