On May 17, 2025, “Seminar on Frontier Issues and Practical Skills of Criminal Defense”, sponsored by Luoyang Lawyers Association and undertaken by Criminal Law Committee and Criminal Procedure Law Committee of Luoyang Lawyers Association, was held in Luoyang Judicial Bureau. Dr. Men Jinling, senior partner of Beijing King&Capital Law Firm, was invited to attend and make a speech.

With the title of “The Application of Four Elements and Three Levels in Defense--Taking Factual Determination as a Perspective”, Dr. Men Jinling combined her teaching and practical experience with her own teaching in the nearly three-hour lecture, revealed the practical differences between the two major theories of criminal composition through typical case analysis, and put forward the “Dynamic Application Model”, which provides a good solution for lawyers in complex cases. The “Dynamic Application Model” is proposed, which provides methodological guidance for lawyers to accurately defend in complex cases, thus laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for clients to fight for their legitimate rights and interests.

After the meeting, from xinxiang, xi'an more than 200 practicing lawyers and university scholars, judges, prosecutors and media representatives said, door jinling lawyers lecture speech for everyone to analyze the case of new ideas, new perspective, for the future work to expand the new direction and angle.
