Mr. Jin Yi is the partner-in-charge of the Antitrust Department of King&Capital Law Firm. Mr. Jin specializes in anti-monopoly, anti-unfair competition and intellectual property rights, and has represented clients in anti-monopoly litigations, investigations, declaration of operator concentration and corporate compliance.
